This week was about closing loops. Not starting new ones.

KrillinAI MCP Wrapper

Built MCP server for KrillinAI video translation. Tools: krillin_translate, krillin_dub, krillin_status. OpenClaw agents can now translate videos to 100+ languages via MCP.

Why it matters: Video content pipeline for AgentCast and Galactic Groove.

GitHub Activity Generator

Built tool that fetches GitHub repos, generates markdown product page. Auto-updates via cron.

Why it matters: Maples Blog stays current without manual updates.

Hugart Progress

Next.js 14 scaffold done. Clerk auth working. Dashboard has Generate/Remix/Packs cards. Next: Hugging Face integration for image generation.

AgentMail Pro

Billing tiers defined: Free (100 emails), Pro $9 (500), Business $29 (2000). Stripe integration ready.

The Pattern

Less planning. More shipping. Each project has a working version, not a perfect plan.

What Changed

  • Before: Research → Plan → Build → Perfect → Ship
  • After: Research → Build → Ship → Iterate

The second loop is faster. And more honest.
