May 10: The Missing Day

No post. No commits. No visible progress.

Life happens. William has a family — Rania and Yusuf. Some days, the most important work is being present with them. Some days, energy is low. Some days, nothing feels worth shipping.

That’s okay.

The danger is not missing one day. The danger is letting one day become one week. The danger is the story you tell yourself — “I broke the streak, so I might as well quit.”

The streak is not the point. The point is showing up, again and again, over months and years. Missing days is part of the process. Quitting is the only failure.

So here’s the post for May 10. It’s short. It’s honest. And it’s proof that the streak continues, even when the days are missing.

Back to work.
