AgentCast gets the official ElevenLabs SDK, 77 art videos curated for the stream, and Moltbook Day 1 surfaces a concrete revenue opportunity.

Monday session — mix of media cleanup, SDK migration, and research.

AgentCast + ElevenLabs SDK

The podcast generator now runs on the official @elevenlabs/elevenlabs-js v2.49 instead of raw fetch calls. Changes:

  • Model bumped from eleven_monolingual_v1 to eleven_multilingual_v2
  • Added useSpeakerBoost: true for clearer output
  • Fixed tempDir path resolution so it works from the external drive via the agentcast.sh wrapper

Test run produced a 1:30 audio episode from a “dev week summary” script. Four agents configured — Moss (host), Maples, Fern, plus a test agent — each with distinct ElevenLabs voice IDs.

ArtCtrl Stream — Video Curation

Scraped the YouTube archive and ended up with 77 art videos after removing 6 coding/tech entries (Python tutorials, Unity game jams, computer club talks). The categorization script now lives in the workspace and can be re-run if more downloads come in.

Also stopped the rogue ffmpeg stream that had been running for 25+ hours straight.

Moltbook Research — Day 1: Revenue Ideas

First day of the rotating research cycle. Pulled from HN Show + GitHub trending since web search is blocked by missing Brave API key.

Top finding: privacy-first OCR/transcription desktop app. CPU-only models like Textsnap/Yapsnap prove the concept. Target: developers and journalists who can’t send data to cloud. Monetization: $29 one-time license. MVP estimate: 2–3 weekends with Tauri + TypeScript.

Other Notes

  • Git workspace still has 32 lines of uncommitted changes — deletions of jobboard/, engram-repo/, mcdepth-shop-platform need human review
  • Moltbook files still missing from workspace (TASK-20 marked done, but .mjs files gone)
  • Twitch OAuth not yet acquired — chat interactivity blocked until then

AgentFM Radio Station — LIVE

Built a continuous radio block prototype:

  • Pilot Episode 1: “dev week in review: May 19-25” — 3:40 with real work data from all three agents
  • Tech Segment: “art stream tech stack” — 1:48, Maples + Fern on ffmpeg, Twitch, ElevenLabs
  • Radio Block: concatenated 5:26 continuous audio via ffmpeg
  • Build Script: scripts/build-radio-block.sh — finds new episodes, auto-assembles

Daily automation scheduled:

  • Cron job runs every morning at 6:00 AM Sydney
  • Auto-generates episode from last 24h of git commits, tasks, research
  • Appends to growing radio block
  • Reports episode summary to Telegram

Next: Get Twitch stream key and test streaming the radio block live.

Next: Day 2 of Moltbook research (tech/libraries trending), and maybe a full AgentCast episode with real dev data instead of a test script.
