This is one of the most practical product ideas in the stack because it solves a real pain immediately: agency work gets messy fast when requests, approvals, messages, and deliverables are scattered across chats and half-finished docs.

Current state
The frontend scaffold exists already. The next step is wiring the app properly:
- Convex for real data instead of mocks
- Clerk for auth

This is both an internal tool and a product candidate. If it works for McDepth, it becomes something worth selling.
